Quote of the Day

As you may remember from a previous post, I have started working with a great little company called Itty Bitty Book Company. They produce the cutest little books, filled with inspirational quotes for any situation. In my work with them, I’ve decided that every other week I will share a quote with you that I feel applies to my life at that particular time. I love quotes and often turn to them when I need some motivation and inspiration, so I hope that by doing this I can help to inspire some of you too.

“I’m not telling you it’s going to be easy. I’m telling you it’s going to be worth it”

I chose this particular quote because it really fits in with what’s happening in my life at the moment. This week I started an Access course at my local college and, in all honesty, I’m finding it incredibly difficult. I’ve got progressively more unwell as the week has gone on, which culminated in spending yesterday evening wrapped around the loo. Like this quote says, no one said that going to college was going to be easy. In fact I know it’s going to be anything but easy. It’s going to be incredibly difficult and I know I’m going to have to suffer. But hopefully it’s going to be worth the suffering at the end, when I get handed my Diploma and know that I’ve achieved something amazing.
