I thought I’d try something
slightly different today, so you’ll have to let me know what you think of this
sort of post! I really love photography. I’m by no means a professional and
despite trying to teach myself a bit about the theory of photography, I still
just tend to point and shoot with my SLR and hope for the best! I also love
nature – I think it can be so healing and calming, so I always try my best to
get outside when I can.
Spring is a particularly great
time to get out of the house, as hopefully the sun should be shining more and
there is so much to see. Beautiful blankets of colour line woodlands as
hundreds of varieties of flower bloom. And there’s nothing nicer than seeing
all the baby animals that are born during this season – I’m so excited to go to
a local farm and see the cute little lambs, ducklings and piglets!
As I’m recovering from my
operations, I need to try and build my strength up, so I’ve been trying to get
out a bit more. Whether it be a little stroll in the woodland behind my house,
or a trip to a local National Trust property, there are so many opportunities
to capture the beauty of Spring with your camera. I thought I’d share some of
my photos from the last few weeks. I hope you enjoy them!
