So, after all that
preparation and excitement, Christmas has now been and gone. I hope you all had
a lovely time over Christmas whatever you were doing, and managed to relax a
bit and spend time with those you love.
I had a lovely Christmas
with my family and I feel extremely lucky and grateful for all the beautiful
gifts I received, but also for having such a special family to spend Christmas
with. I thought I’d share a few of my presents with you all as I know lots of
you enjoy this sort of post, just as much as I do! I feel like I need to
include a disclaimer that I’m not sharing these gifts with you to boast or
anything, but because this is a highly requested post and something I enjoy
reading from others. I am of course grateful for all the lovely things I
received and have thanked those generous people who spoilt me. I hope you enjoy
seeing a few of the lovely gifts I was given. These are presents I received from family members - I'm still in the process of opening presents from my friends.

Looks like you had a lovely Christmas Jenny. Wishing you a very happy new year :)
ReplyDeleteThank you Jess, yeah it was lovely. I hope yours was too and that you have a Happy New Year! xx
DeleteLooks like you were treated to some wonderful things, which I'm so pleased about as I've seen that you are struggling which is such a shame. If you ever need someone, please let me know. I hope you have a better 2015! Happy new year to you! xxx
ReplyDeleteAh thank you Samantha that's really sweet of you :) I hope your 2015 is extra brilliant xx
DeleteAwwww such lovely presents! What was the little Pandora charm you got? I got two this year but I chose which ones I wanted before hand (: Happy New Year to you! (: xx.
ReplyDeleteIt was a little Nativity scene - so cute! Happy New Year lovely xx
DeleteI want those Real Techniques brushes so much, Jenny. In fact, it has progressed from a 'want' to a 'need'.
ReplyDeleteThe spa day sounds awesome. I've never been to a spa but it is one of those things that I've been wanting / meaning to do for ages now. Just a case of finding the time / the money, I guess. That's what makes it such an extra lovely gift, isn't it?
And, I just have to say that those gingerbread man socks are awesome.
I'm not even gonna comment on the lush 'cos we both know that's awesome! Ha. And, yeah, same with the yankee candles.
Oh, and, have you watched the Miranda DVD yet? I saw it live in Manchester with my best friend. We booked it as a bit of a treat to ourselves. I hope you enjoyed it! :)

Thank you for your comment Christina :) I must write you a letter soon - I haven't forgotten :) Hehe it sounds like you need to treat yourself to some Real Techniques brushes! Another nice set of brushes are made by Zoeva and you can get them in rose gold, which is really pretty.
DeleteI would definitely recommend trying out a spa at some point. If you really want to treat yourself then take a look at Champneys. They're not cheap but they are amazing. But you can also go to a local one just for the day so it's definitely worth investigating when you want to treat yourself/have a girly day.
Ah I'm glad you like the gingerbread socks - they're cute aren't they! And you're so right - you can never have too much Lush stuff or Yankee candles :)
I haven't watched the Miranda DVD yet but I think I will try and set aside some time to do it because I could do with some cheering up! I'm glad you enjoyed it when you went to see it! xx
