Family Wedding Number Two!

About six weeks ago I uploaded a blog post about my brother, David’s, wedding to the lovely Emma. Well, a few days ago, my other younger brother, Richard, got married to the beautiful Lisa. So, in the space of six weeks, I have gained two new sisters! I thought I would do what I did last time and post a few informal photos of the day for you to see. Unfortunately, it didn’t start off on the best footing, as I was quite unwell in the morning, but thankfully I improved enough to be part of the day, which I was incredibly thankful for. Lisa looked absolutely stunning in her dress and Richard looked pretty dapper as well! The actual day was incredible, from getting ready with the other bridesmaids and Lisa to the church service full of lively worship music, and from the wedding breakfast and speeches to the live band and dancing in the evening. I can’t wait to see all the professional photos and I also did a lot of filming, so am looking forward to editing that all together.

Despite not feeling on top form, I really enjoyed being able to celebrate such a special day with Richard and Lisa, and wish them many happy years to come, filled with love and fun!

    1. Thank you Katie, it was such a lovely day. The cake looked (and tasted!) amazing - it was three different flavours but they made it all look the same on the outside, which I thought was really clever. Ah that's so lovely that both of your sisters are getting married next year. I look forward to hearing all about them! xx
