Family Wedding!

You may have noticed that I didn’t put up a Sunday Snippets post at the end of last week (or you may not have noticed at all!) and I wanted to do a quick update to explain why. Rather than it being down to illness, which it usually seems to be, this time it was for a happy reason. On Saturday 18^th June 2016, my baby brother, David, married his childhood sweetheart, Emma, and I was lucky enough to be one of their bridesmaids. It was a really special day spent celebrating with family and friends. Emma looked beautiful in her gorgeous dress, and David scrubbed up pretty well too! I have a few unofficial photos that we took on our phones to share with you, which really sum up how fantastic the day was.

Despite it being an incredibly long day and feeling pretty unwell by the end of it, I’m really happy I was able to share in this special day and see David and Emma so happy. Here’s to many happy years ahead for them both!
